- The customer would get a full refund if the company exports fails to provide any service or the customer fails to receive committed order/service.

- The customers are bound to submit authentic, legit and validate proofs before claiming a refund.
- The customers can only claim a refund when they receive more than 30% plagiarized work
- The client reserves the right to claim a refund if the work provided by the company exports is against the allocated topics/ problems.
- The clients are bound to take two revisions before placing a refund request. Even if the client feels unsatisfied after revisions, we are bound to refund them their amounts.
- The company emphasizes clients to wait for at least a month for the refund process as our departments at least take a week to month for scrutiny purposes.
- The customers must bear in mind that minor to major requests for correction in the submitted work will be considered as revisions and it will be charged/deducted for the refunded amount of the customer.
