- The customers are solely responsible for sharing and granting access with login credentials to our experts for their LMS portals. The client should share the information/ login code via duo push app, text message or email forwarder. However, if the client fails to do so, the company holds no liability for errors in work quality due to unavailability to book/lectures access.
- The clients are emphasized to first consult with an expert of the company before committing to any work submission on tight deadlines. Usually the procedure is necessary as the consultants take time to review the order details and later take time to find its resources and complete it.
- The company and its employees withhold any physical or in-person appearances through audio, photo or video sharings. Moreover, the company is not responsible to submit any work submission in academic institutes itself.
- The company or expert would not be held liable if the customer misses or delays any exam without prior informing and availing our exam notes services. We would further not be held responsible if the client fails/ misses an exam because of lack of proper resources, improper equipment, insufficient internet speed of at least 50 Mbps or providing correct personal information regarding authentic institute names, login credentials, course materials or any pending work submissions.
- The company would not be held responsible for failure in exams caused by technical issues including software/hardware,electronics,email, phone, network, internet or computer problems. We are only responsible for offering our exam preparation services.
- The customers are emphasized to update the support representatives with login credentials,submission deadlines and other stuff even if they are traveling. It is advisable to follow the updates on order progression from support chat representatives during traveling.
- No pending or new work orders will be facilitated without consultations and assurance on urgent deadlines. Any order placed on Friday will not be processed before the next working monday.
- The customers are responsible to arrange or provide the textbook for course completion. They may submit and share it in softcopy or electronic copy versions if needed though if the book is available online, the company reserves the right to purchase it on client’s behalf.
- The company would charge an additional amount for purchasing the book. Though if the book is available only in printable form, the customers are requested to scan specific pages and share its images when needed. However,if the clients fail to make arrangements, the experts/company will not be held responsible for creating assignments not up to the mark incase of textbook unavailability.
Fair Utilization Of Our Services
The company does not allow customers to forward its exam, class or tutoring notes to their institutes as finalized projects The services provided to customers are just for reference, research and study purposes. We strictly prohibit the usage of our notes in the same format and do not endorse any activity lying under plagiarism or cheating category. Our services include facilitating the students with exam notes and homework notes curated with the help of past papers and topic lectures for preparation purposes. We are not liable to assist students directly with their exams.
